烏軍無人機夜襲聖彼得堡　石油碼頭、VK資料中心遇襲　澤倫斯基警告俄軍恐借道白俄擴大攻勢

俄烏戰爭持續升高，烏克蘭18日凌晨對俄羅斯第二大城聖彼得堡及周邊地區發動大規模無人機攻擊，石油碼頭、油庫、俄社群平台VK資料中心及橋梁等設施傳出遇襲，造成至少1人死亡、5人受傷。

烏克蘭總統澤倫斯基（Volodymyr Zelenskyy）17日警告，俄羅斯可能進一步利用白俄羅斯作為攻擊通道，除加強無人機攻勢外，還可能尋求部署彈道飛彈，對烏克蘭西部構成更大威脅。

聖彼得堡多處設施遇襲　俄方稱擊落127架無人機

根據《基輔獨立報》報導，烏軍無人機攻勢約於18日凌晨展開。聖彼得堡市長別格洛夫（Alexander Beglov）透過Telegram證實當地遭遇無人機攻擊，俄方通報包括石油碼頭、魯奇（Ruchyi）石油庫及科爾平斯基區（Kolpinsky）的工業倉庫等地發生火災。

俄羅斯列寧格勒州州長德羅茲堅科（Aleksandr Drozdenko）表示，當局在該州擊落127架烏克蘭無人機，但部分殘骸仍造成損害，包括停車場內4輛汽車受損並引發火災。相關報導另指出，聖彼得堡有多棟公寓及民宅受損，部分地區出現停電及水壓下降。

遭波及的設施還包括俄羅斯大型社群平台VKontakte（VK）的資料中心。網路流傳的影像則顯示，當地夜間出現爆炸火光及防空系統活動，另有疑似無人機擊中橋梁的畫面。受襲設施的實際損害程度，仍待進一步確認。

The bridge connects the port of St Petersburg and the southern part of the city with the northern suburbs. It likely came in response to Russia's repeated drone strikes on key bridges across the Dnieper River in Kyiv and Zaporizhzhia.

烏克蘭無人機製造商Fire Point聲稱，攻擊聖彼得堡石油碼頭使用的是該公司研發的FP-1攻擊型無人機。報導指出，這座碼頭是俄羅斯重要燃油儲存與出口設施之一，年吞吐量約1,250萬噸。若石油出口設施遭實質破壞，可能增加俄羅斯能源運輸與出口的壓力。

澤倫斯基警告白俄成攻擊通道　飛彈部署將擴大威脅

除了對俄羅斯境內發動遠程攻擊，澤倫斯基17日也警告，俄羅斯可能加強對烏克蘭西部的空襲，並試圖進一步利用白俄羅斯的地理位置與軍事設施。

《基輔獨立報》指出，澤倫斯基表示，俄軍已在白俄羅斯境內設置無人機訊號中繼設備，協助俄製「見證者」（Shahed）等無人機延伸攻擊範圍，威脅烏克蘭西部及波蘭邊境附近地區。他認為，俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin）若要在白俄羅斯部署其他武器，包括彈道飛彈，仍需白俄羅斯領導人盧卡申科（Alexander Lukashenko）的支持。

Since the American President announced the energy ceasefire a week ago, Russia has deliberately attacked Ukraine’s energy and oil and gas sectors 76 times. It is because of this position of Russia’s that the war continues, not because Ukraine is rightfully defending itself. It is Russia that must face pressure for peace to have a chance. 澤倫斯基指出，俄羅斯可能不滿足於利用白俄羅斯協助無人機攻擊，還有意在當地部署彈道飛彈系統。若相關部署成真，烏克蘭西部將面臨更直接的飛彈威脅，而白俄羅斯也可能因此更深地捲入戰爭。

烏克蘭方面先前已指出，白俄羅斯境內的訊號中繼設備可協助俄軍無人機飛向烏克蘭西部及波蘭邊境一帶。澤倫斯基表示，伏林（Volyn）、里夫涅（Rivne）及利沃夫（Lviv）等西部州近期遭俄軍攻擊，造成人員傷亡及基礎設施受損。烏克蘭將依照各地遭受攻擊的頻率與威脅程度，調整防空部署，並擴大防禦設備的生產。

「榛樹」飛彈成潛在威脅　戰事風險延伸至北約邊境

外界關注的武器之一，是俄羅斯的「榛樹」（Oreshnik）中程彈道飛彈系統。烏克蘭方面此前警告，俄軍相關部隊可能部署在白俄羅斯。若俄羅斯進一步利用白俄羅斯領土部署飛彈，烏克蘭西部將面臨新的軍事壓力，波蘭等鄰近北約成員國也必須密切關注區域安全情勢。

這次聖彼得堡遇襲，與烏克蘭持續攻擊俄羅斯能源設施戰略相互呼應。烏方近年加強使用遠程無人機攻擊俄境內石油煉製、儲存與運輸設施，試圖削弱俄軍的能源與後勤支援；俄軍則持續以飛彈及無人機攻擊烏克蘭城市和能源基礎設施。雙方攻擊範圍與目標持續擴大，使戰事不再僅限於東部前線，而是更深入對方境內的重要經濟與基礎設施。
